COVID-19: Changes Affecting SEI Customers

SEI Communications has been closely monitoring the COVID-19 (i.e. coronavirus) situation to address any potential impacts to SEI employees, customers and vendors. Our first priority is the health and well-being of our employees, customers and the communities we serve.

On March 19, 2020, SEI Communications restricted any walk-in traffic to our offices. However, our drive-thru remains open for our customers to pay their bills or conduct other business. Customers may also pay and view their bill via our SmartHub app from a mobile device, a tablet or from your computer. You may use an EFT via your checking or savings account, credit or debit card. COVID-19: Free WiFi Service for the Communities SEI Serves

As our community continues to manage the COVID-19 pandemic, SEI Communications has partnered with several local entities to provide free Wi-Fi internet access from your vehicle in the following parking lots:

• Dillsboro Town Hall - 13030 Executive Drive, Dillsboro, IN 47018
• Moores Hill Town Hall 14552 Main Street Moores Hill, IN 47032
• Southeastern Indiana REMC -712 S. Buckeye Street, Osgood, IN 47037
• Holton Community Water - 36 Old Michigan Rd, Holton, IN 47023
• Centerville Baptist Church - 1555 W County Road 300 S North Vernon, IN 47265
• First Marion Baptist Parsonage - 7730 W County Road 850 S Paris Crossing, IN 47270
• Graham Baptist Church - 2645 South County Rd 600 East Butlerville, IN 47223

The temporary Wi-Fi access will be intended for e-learning, telecommuters, and healthcare. SEI Communications first priority is the health and well-being of our employees, customers and the communities we serve. Regardless if you are an SEI Communications customer or not, we know that it is important to stay connected, especially in times like these.

Users accessing the Wi-Fi internet from these locations should do so from their vehicles. Entering any building will be prohibited. To access the internet on most devices, go to Settings, search for Wi-Fi options, and select SEI Free Wi-Fi.
